Our main task is to be a facilitator of the promotion of our clients' products, thus supporting the increase in their sales and productivity in all aspects, thus achieving mutual growth.
We are an ally in the care of the company, doing specialized and professional work that allows us to periodically evaluate the services provided, as well as adjust the promotion strategy in a timely manner in case the market requires it.
We care about carrying out transactions and registering sales. We process sales reports to track consumer behavior patterns and progress toward sales goals, attend training events to learn new sales strategies, and stay current on product development topics.
We have the ability to give impetus to companies and/or brands in any field; the tools that are of great importance to us and that we teach everyone under our tutelage to use so that they are able to carry out any sales strategy.
Communication
We interact directly with clients and use good communication skills to understand clients' perspectives and preferences. By understanding what customers value in products, we can explain how the products will be able to fully meet their needs; By working effectively with promoters, supervisors and managers we can explain and make them understand the needs of clients and meet the goals of the department in which they work.
Attention to detail
By paying attention to tone and non-verbal cues, we can gauge interest and the likelihood that someone will buy the products. This also assists us in the important task of recording sales as they occur and ensuring that transaction information is recorded correctly.
Organization
By making good use of available space, you help create effective displays that attract customer interest and provide a space for customers to gather and watch demonstrations; Also, having good time management and using it effectively allows us to address customer questions succinctly and meet time constraints for public demonstrations.
